Education & Learning
The Marcus Alexander Education Project is Levere’s Legacy’s current featured initiative and active development focus.
Levere's Legacy
Levere's Legacy is an innovation hub created to explore, develop and connect ideas across education, culture, fashion and design, technology and creative enterprise. We give promising ideas a clearer home, a stronger identity and a path toward meaningful impact.

The Marcus Alexander Education Project is Levere’s Legacy’s current featured initiative and active development focus.

Ideas that preserve, reinterpret and activate Caribbean culture, memory and identity.

Creative work connecting heritage, aesthetics, design practice and future-facing enterprise.
What Levere’s Legacy does
Levere's Legacy is not limited to one sector or one website. It exists to give strong ideas the architecture they need to mature.
That may mean helping an educational idea become a structured initiative, giving a cultural or fashion concept a clearer strategic direction, or creating a structure through which technology and creative enterprise can be explored responsibly.
We do not need every area to be active at the same time. Levere’s Legacy can remain broad in purpose while placing one project in the spotlight when it is ready for serious development, partnership and support.

Areas of exploration
These are not claims that four full programmes already exist. They are the strategic territories Levere’s Legacy is designed to hold as the work grows.
Learning resources, writing development, responsible AI and learner-centred educational technology.
Current featured area
Projects that research, preserve and reinterpret Caribbean cultural knowledge for contemporary audiences.
Future exploration
Creative work connecting Barbadian and Caribbean heritage with design, production, sustainability and enterprise.
Future exploration
Digital products and venture concepts that strengthen human capability, creativity and opportunity.

Featured initiative
An education innovation project founded by Marcus Alexander and developed under Levere's Legacy. It connects research, teaching practice and thoughtful technology to create tools and experiences that strengthen learner capability rather than replace it.
The Marcus Alexander Education Project currently brings together three core education outputs: Help Me Write Better Studio™, StudyUp Studio™ and COMLITERICKS™. Each addresses a different part of learning while sharing the same commitment to purposeful, human-centred development.
Education innovation with visible outputs. The project already has public-facing work, a defined team and a clear roadmap — making it easier for others to understand what support is building.
Founder deep dive
Marcus Alexander is the founder of the Marcus Alexander Education Project and the wider Levere’s Legacy ecosystem. His work brings together education, research, cultural inquiry, design thinking and emerging technology with a practical question at the centre: how can ideas become useful systems that strengthen people rather than replace their agency?
His academic and professional path crosses teaching, curriculum development, management, culture and creative practice. That interdisciplinary background shapes the project’s approach: research should inform practical tools, technology should support human capability, and Caribbean ideas should be developed with enough structure to travel beyond their point of origin.
Within the Marcus Alexander Education Project, that philosophy is visible through three connected outputs: Help Me Write Better Studio™ for writing and literacy development, StudyUp Studio™ for guided learning and numeracy, and COMLITERICKS™ for literature, visual narrative and creative literacy.
Marcus Alexander Education Project
Help Me Write Better Studio™, StudyUp Studio™ and COMLITERICKS™ are the three core outputs of the Marcus Alexander Education Project. Together they support writing, numeracy and literary development while keeping learners actively involved in thinking, practising and creating.

A writing-development platform built around a simple principle: AI should support the writer, not replace the writer. HMWBS helps learners plan, develop, revise and strengthen their own writing, with Next Move—Writing Coach serving as its flagship Google Docs tool.
